Anna and Reduxx deserve every goddamn journalism award there is, and they'll never get them.

Just one thing I want to add regarding Dana Rivers (David Warfield) - he began the process of "transitioning" while he was a teacher, which was part of the reason why the parents were so upset. He was discussing the surgical removal of his penis with students allegedly in detail. He had also credited pornography with his decision to identify as a "lesbian." I think it's important to point this out because the porn connection is a massive through-line. Thanks so much for highlighting Reduxx and speaking with Anna, she's a powerhouse!

I think I remember him being interviewed many years ago, not on 60 Minutes but something similar. The interviewee was the first transexual male I ever heard of calling himself a lesbian. I think it was Dana Rivers cause he was caught up in some sort of controversy, suing someone, but I remember thinking he was an unpleasant creep.

None of the article I read online mentioned these important details. Nevertheless, the board kept him and they must have known this information.

Anna is right up there with Glenn Greenwald and Matt Taibbi in terms of journalists one simply must read to understand the world in which we live.

Of course, she is NEVER mentioned in the same breath in which they are mentioned. In the long run, however, when people look back at this era I think this particular madness will be the one upon which they most often focus and the one most often analyzed to understand the spirit of the age. That it was just a sort of plucky little outlet like Reduxx that was so alone in covering it journalistically (not to ignore the many amazing feminist women who are analyzing, protesting, organizing) will be one of the more startling facts about the whole startling story.

Also -- I had to sternly lecture myself that I was not allowed to just start screaming in rage while listening, which does no good for anyone and only harm to my blood vessels. But it took a lot of discipline.

Incredible. This is a really eye opening interview. Thanks for putting it out.

I honestly don't understand the acquiescence of police and the prison establishment in all of this. For my entire life these have been among the most conservative, even reactionary entities in the Anglosphere. I find it as mystifying as I find it nauseating. Are these perverts proxies for some latent perversion in the general population? Some widespread loathing for children? I hand it to Anna and Reduxx for doing this work, because I wouldn't have the stomach for it. But I think women are going to have to get vigilante about this. Writing articles that are ruthlessly siloed off from the mainstream isn't going to change anything.

The state gives a huge amount of money to support these people and also pharmaceutical companies

I'm aware that these people have a lot of state and institutional backing. However I don't think that explains the abject compliance you find in places and entities that are historically fairly conservative. I mean, I just find it bizarre that in some little Pennsylvania town like Gettysburg, a trans tennis coach with a penis, who undresses in front of female students is winning the fight for his job. There is something very strange socially and psychologically going on here, that 'follow the money' just doesn't explain.

I just read about this story. The coach went into the girls' locker room and changed his shirt. He justified it (and minimized it) by saying he was merely changing his shirt. He clearly enjoys violating boundaries and making the girls uncomfortable. It is disgusting, though not surprising. The best part is articles quoted Tristan Smith - a bit defending the teacher. No girls on the team or in the locke room were interviewed though. Again, not surprising. They want to make it seem like everyone is on board with this so people feel like they're the only ones who object. It's a demoralization strategy.

I'm with you. I just don't get how people don't see what I see. Men in women's prisons?!?!?!? Cross-dressing men teaching children?!?!? I long for the days when there was a public/private distinction and men who had this inclination did this at home or at certain clubs and other venues.

Welcome to the world of social trends in the social media age! Everything is accelerated now. The libs have been completely captured, and the conservatives caught off guard by the speed of its advance.

These trans-identified men and the liberals they have successfully gaslighted are playing on humans' natural tendency toward compassion, by loudly proclaiming their victimhood. They have male aggression and self-entitlement, persistence powered by the obsession caused by their mental illness, and are claiming the vulnerability usually associated with women. It's an extremely effective approach that benefits also from the passive limited interest and attention span of the majority. It's a perfect storm.

Sounds almost right. But as a gay man who grew up in the 70s and lived through AIDS, I don't share your generous view of reflexive human compassion. People are compassionate only toward those they include in their circle of moral concern. If you're outside that circle there's hell to pay. I still don't understand iwhy trans people have come so quickly from being socially exiled to being liberalism's most powerful insiders, pushing women and children to barely counting at the fringes. Whenever there is a claim to rights, there are rights being taken away. So where is the compassion for women that want penis free locker rooms and prisons without male sex offenders? Where is the compassion for 'TERFs' being brutally assaulted at rallies and Pride parades. This would be easier to understand if trans people didn't embody so many qualities that normies have historically found deeply repulsive. There are still missing puzzle pieces for me. People just aren't normally this tolerant nor open to radical change.

Most people have no idea all that is happening, And haven’t thought it through. Many lefties refuse to believe it and dismiss it as right wing conspiracy theories. Things are much more polarized these days.
