$7 is more than most substack subscriptions, and seems like the writing is drying up. It doesn't help to be promised daily posts that never materialize. Maybe we could get a realistic publishing timeline - four posts per month, one per week?

Many of us need to watch our waistlines during the holidays. An amuse-bouche is perfect. MSM has endless space to fill and serves up tons of junk food. Likely your audience is more discerning. I for one can wait for something really tasty.
